I am a Swedish transplant who began my career as a fine art photographer. I moved to New York City to complete my MFA degree at School of Visual Arts.
For over a decade I was the Director of Photography and Creative Director at Food
& Wine Magazine, where our work received numerous design & photography awards, including a James Beard award for Visual Storytelling. During my tenure I continuously worked as a photographer on a variety of stories and cookbooks for the Food & Wine brand as well as other freelance projects, for example the cookbook Bistronomy, a finalist for the IACP cookbook awards.
I am currently working on a freelance project basis, most recently as the Scandinavian Brand Ambassador for Roman and Williams Guild NY.
